No pick up Service from Thai boarder to Chiang Khong bus terminal. Had to pay an extra tuk tuk for that. Stated arrival time in Chiang Mai was different from the scheduled and the real arrival time was even after that. I missed my pre booked next bus to Pai.

Everything was great until I got to Chiang Rai. It turned out they hadn’t booked my bus ticket to Chiang Mai, and all the buses were full until 3 p.m. (the last one of the day). I had to wait from 9:30 a.m., when I arrived in Chiang Rai, until 3 p.m. I was supposed to arrive in Chiang Mai around 3:30 p.m. but ended up getting there at 7:30 p.m.

We got picked up at hotel at 10am for an 8am bus . Bus left and we were put on local transport which was a 50 year old bus . If my girlfriend didn't speak Thai I never would have been picked up at all . And judging by the reviews I think this app should contact Laoluang Travel and ask some questions on why they are so bad . 4 other people missed the bus through very late pick ups

The bus I was allocated was scheduled to arrive in Chiang Mai 3.5 hours later than was advertised on my ticket. Also the promised transfer from Chiang Mai bus station to my accommodation did not exist. A fellow traveller on the same bus as me paid £10 less from Huay Xai with a different provider on 12go, but received the same service as me (which matched what was advertised on his ticket). I recommend avoiding this company and shopping around for a better deal.
