This ride gets you from A-B, but thats it. If you are plussize or taller than 180cm or disabled, i cannot recommend this service. The bunkbeds are really close to each other and made for smaller sized people. Also take motion sickness pills beforehand because there is a lot of stopping and going. Communication with the driver as a foreigner is very limited. Keep this in mind! Stops and toilet breaks aren’t communicated. We arrived approximately 1,5-2hrs later at our destination than previously stated. First because of a delay of half an hour, then because of toilet and food breaks.

It took way more time then it was supposed to. But the main problem for us is that there was a guy in the seat next to us listening shorts videos on his speaker phone at a really loud volume for the 8 hours that was the trip... There should be someone in charge to warn those people who ruined the trip...

We got there safely but journey was delayed by nearly an hour. We didn't set off until nearly an hour late and then the bus stopped over a dozen times within the first couple of hours. At least the driver and his accomplice were nice guys, not the usual rude so often inn Vietnam! The seats that aren't completely flat feel like there's a metal piece digging in your back. Buses in Latin America put Vietnam to shame!

We had an excellent trip with Cocovip. Great communication, clean bus, safe driving all good. Would recommend 10/10! They even picked up us at our hotel and drove us to the bus. Super Nice!

We found the trip very claustrophobic, driver constantly sounding horn. We must have passed a 1000 vehicles and he used his horn every time. We understood the.trip would take 6 hours and it was much closer to 8hours. However some of this may be due to the fact that we are 70 years old, this is not the mode of transport gor us.

The bus journey was comfortable and the driver and team were friendly and helpful. However, after the trip, we were contacted on WhatsApp about an additional charge that hadn't been mentioned before booking/during the travel. We understand extra costs can arise, but it would have been nice to know about this in advance so we could plan accordingly. For anyone booking in the future, make sure to confirm all charges beforehand to avoid surprises. The service was fine, but clearer communication with pricing would better the experience.
