Matthew RVehicle itself was great. However I booked the 9pm bus to then get told that I was moved to the 8pm bus which was no problem. However I sat in the office waiting for over an hour and a half and still ended up on the 9pm bus. Also there was a lot of confusion over what cabin I was in which was a bit annoying.

Good communication from operator, help with luggage, clean bus, good bed situation with USB charging points, TV, headphones, blinds for window, lights, small blanket and pillow, curtains, Aircon, water and wet wipes as well as vibration/massage controller. Comfortable journey with frequent toilet stops and still arrived 1h early to destination. Thank you

Noemie LIn terms of staff friendliness, this is clearly the best agency in Vietnam I've used so far. Finally, some welcoming people! The bus and the beds are very comfortable and spacious. The one star deducted is because we arrived an hour late, and more importantly, the bus didn't drop us off at the right place. We were still an hour's walk from the starting point. So, I had to take a taxi at my own expense. And that's a real shame.

Emma Ethe driver was very rude and screaming at everyone from the start for no reason, didn‘t let us finish our sentences or give time to go to the toilet on a 12 hour ride. Texted the company about it but they didn‘t reply. The bus itself was okay. They arrived late at the pickup point but we arrived an hour early in ninh binh.

Pia Very comfortable seat. Not perfect as the seat was stuck in one position, remote wasn't working. Had two pillows and a blanket to prop me up. It was a pretty smooth ride. Lots of honking but no hard brakes or swerving. I could adjust the temp, and light. Unfortunately the tv screen wasn't working but with wifi I could watch a Netflix movie on my phone. We had a couple of water bottles provided. We stopped after about 5 hours for a washroom break. I had heard about the infrequent washroom breaks so I limited my water intake. The pickup place changed and I was notified both in writing on WhatsApp and a phone call. I recommend this way of travel. I didn't give it 5 because of the bathroom break. I was worried I would need one sooner, and because of the tv not working.
