Gemma AI’ve been on some very bad sleeper busses in my time in Vietnam, but this one felt like somewhat of a redemption. Water bottles, working chargers and working lights made me feel like I was travelling in luxury. The trip from Hoi An to Da lat was bumpy, but that’s not much to do with the bus company. Lost a star because despite departing on time, we somehow arrived 2 hours late

the driver was an asshole and the other worker on board just fell asleep in the middle of the bus. The made a “break” 30 minutes before getting to our destination and would not let us make a bathroom break for 13 hours!!! Fuck them, dont order from this shitty ass company.

Nicole WGot an message in the morning, that there is already a 1 hour delay due to maintenance of the bus. Check in was okay. Bedbunks are quite nice, wide but a little short (i'm 176cm and it was too short)
If you have to go to the toilet just tell the driver, he will make a stop for you.
Overall good experience, would do it again.

Olivia LArrived at my final location more than 3 hours late (around 2:30AM as opposed to 11:30PM). The charger outlets did not work in any of the cabins. The car they had organised to get me from Hoi An to a “meeting place” for the sleeper bus was 2 hours late + drove me in the wrong direction before receiving a call from the WhatsApp contact who I had to repeatedly ask about why I was headed the wrong way. The driver later informed me that he didn’t have any idea he was meant to be driving me that morning, or the location. Lastly, the person I was in contact with on WhatsApp stopped replying to my messages. Overall, the bus drivers were good but the organisation of the transport and lack of communication about the trip was very poor. Would not recommend.

My bus was supposed to arrive at 18h30, I got in a bus at 19h45 that wasn’t supposed to be mine I think … nobody asked for my name or anything . The driver kept asking me if I was going to na Trang, or I said da lat and showed it to him at least 5 times … the bus was good
But would not recommend the organisation

Lara TGot the seat in the back of the vehicle which were smaller and not possible to take the seat down for sleeping. Driver was driving like crazy, so no sleep possible at all

Adam HNice beds, given 2 pillows and a blanket. Charging port didn’t work.
Driver was extremely dangerous and drove erratically. Very difficult to sleep when you feel like you are going to tip out of your bed. He was constantly honking the horn which was so loud.
Another member of staff on the coach decided to take multiple phone calls from 5:30am - 8am and speak obnoxiously loud.
Overall the bed was comfortable and we were on time but it felt extremely unsafe and we didn’t enjoy.

Veronique BAfter read some reviews i was scare to have a bad experience, but i finaly have a luxury experience. The bus looks new, with a nice look with leather seat that you can sleep or sit. It was clean and confortable. Your space is really private with the curtains. There is enough space even it can be too small to have your legg straight if you are more than 5.7 feets. You can control the temperature since we have our own ``trap`` to adjust and they close well. They give a small bottle of water. We left on time (even a bit before since everyone was arrived, i hope) and we arrived earlier than plan also. The driver was good. The road at the end was like a zig zag so it was normal that we was moving inside the bus. In conclusion, i hope the peope who review bad this bus didn't had the same bus and experience than mine, if not i wonder if these people always travel in luxury privavte jet. I don't know what you can ask more for a bus.... ah yes, maybe toilet inside would have been better even we had enought stop to go to toilet and find food.
