They didn’t spoke English My bus was supposed to arrive at 18h30, I got in a bus at 19h45 that wasn’t supposed to be mine I think … nobody asked for my name or anything . The driver kept asking me if I was going to na Trang, or I said da lat and showed it to him at least 5 times … the bus was good But would not recommend the organisation

Got the seat in the back of the vehicle which were smaller and not possible to take the seat down for sleeping. Driver was driving like crazy, so no sleep possible at all

Nice beds, given 2 pillows and a blanket. Charging port didn’t work. Driver was extremely dangerous and drove erratically. Very difficult to sleep when you feel like you are going to tip out of your bed. He was constantly honking the horn which was so loud. Another member of staff on the coach decided to take multiple phone calls from 5:30am - 8am and speak obnoxiously loud. Overall the bed was comfortable and we were on time but it felt extremely unsafe and we didn’t enjoy.

After read some reviews i was scare to have a bad experience, but i finaly have a luxury experience. The bus looks new, with a nice look with leather seat that you can sleep or sit. It was clean and confortable. Your space is really private with the curtains. There is enough space even it can be too small to have your legg straight if you are more than 5.7 feets. You can control the temperature since we have our own ``trap`` to adjust and they close well. They give a small bottle of water. We left on time (even a bit before since everyone was arrived, i hope) and we arrived earlier than plan also. The driver was good. The road at the end was like a zig zag so it was normal that we was moving inside the bus. In conclusion, i hope the peope who review bad this bus didn't had the same bus and experience than mine, if not i wonder if these people always travel in luxury privavte jet. I don't know what you can ask more for a bus.... ah yes, maybe toilet inside would have been better even we had enought stop to go to toilet and find food.

Unfortunately it was impossible to sleep as the driver was driving so fast and if you wanted to sit in the bus your were nearly falling out when the driver was driving into a curve. It was really annoying and also when he breaked. Otherwise it the bed was compfy but to small :(

From the start it was a bit of a nightmare the pick up point wasn't the one on the ticket. There was a number to call but my SIM was data only, luckily I got a local to help. I was then sent on a goose chase almost half hour walk from the stated pickup point. I was then put on a bus with a lot of confusion asking me to pay when I had already paid online. Apparently I was put on the wrong bus but then they corresponded with the correct one and got me changed. The bus and cabin were comfortable and they did a few bathroom breaks. The drop off point was also incorrect but it was closer to the central so I was happy about that. The journey was 1 and a half hour late.

The only positive aspect of our trip was that we arrived two hours earlier than expected — it took 12 hours instead of the planned 14. That was definitely a relief. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. We were told in advance that we had to arrive 60 minutes before departure. We did — only to sit around in their office for a full hour with nothing happening. That felt unnecessary and poorly organized. Once on the bus, the blankets provided had an unpleasant smell, which made it hard to get comfortable. Even more concerning: there wasn’t a single stop during the entire 12-hour journey. On a trip that long, not taking any breaks is not only uncomfortable but also questionable in terms of safety and passenger well-being. To make things worse, during the night, loud music was played and some of the staff were singing along. This made it nearly impossible to get any rest. A bit more consideration for the passengers would have been appreciated. They also placed me and my boyfriend on the exact opposite sides of the bus. All in all, it was not a pleasant journey. Arriving early was nice, but it didn’t make up for the overall lack of comfort and professionalism.

I’m glad I read the reviews so I had prepared myself for it. It was uncomfortable the horn was blowing off all night. Very bumpy. It was the only way to da lat so I did it anyways and I’m sure there are worse buses. It’s okay you can do it. Will just be tired the day you arrive.
