This company sucks. They were over an hour late, and changed the pick up point to somewhere a 20 min walk away with only 40 mins notice. It was raining and we got completely soaked just waiting for them. Once on the bus, the staff were rude and made us move from our bottom bunks that we had already been sat in to a top bunk for no apparent reason. The whatsapp number listed online doesn’t work. The bus itself was dirty. The blanket was thin. The driver was aggressive. Like there was actually just nothing right about this experience. Our worst sleeper bus experience of many in Vietnam

The bus was great and very comfortable however… we had booked to get a bus at 6pm. We heard nothing off the company so proceeded to the pick up point as agreed on the email. After waiting there for 45 minutes contacted the hotline to be told that the bus won’t be arriving till 11pm due to traffic jam. I guess these things happen but to not be told was really bad service

No toilet on board for a 12.5hr journey is ridiculous and the ride was very bumpy and difficult to sleep

It's a 3 row bus, so you need to know that this is small, but it's long for the leg, it was new so nice. However the toilet stop were not always in good place, we almost didn't have real toilet....

The bus was incredibly comfortable. Each cabin has enough space for a bag, your shoes and still sleeping well. They provided two small pillows and a blanket. The only thing was sometimes I felt that the bus moved side by side on the curves, perhaps because I was in the second floor I felt it more I guess. Another important thing is that we took off 15mins before the schedule and arrived to Da Lat exactly 12 exact hours later. The driver stopped each two hours for using toilets and at around 11pm for having something to eat (1 hour). Very good experience, I would take another overnight bus again.

I was really sceptical booking this, due to all of the mixed and bad reviews! However, this was one of the best bus experiences that I’ve had here in Vietnam. The trip was 13h from Hoi An to Dalat, and I actually slept really well. Everything worked (including great wifi) and everyone received a blanket, pillow, water and a small cake? Lol. Overall such a great experience and would recommend!

I’ve been on some very bad sleeper busses in my time in Vietnam, but this one felt like somewhat of a redemption. Water bottles, working chargers and working lights made me feel like I was travelling in luxury. The trip from Hoi An to Da lat was bumpy, but that’s not much to do with the bus company. Lost a star because despite departing on time, we somehow arrived 2 hours late

Got an message in the morning, that there is already a 1 hour delay due to maintenance of the bus. Check in was okay. Bedbunks are quite nice, wide but a little short (i'm 176cm and it was too short) If you have to go to the toilet just tell the driver, he will make a stop for you. Overall good experience, would do it again.
