Bus is super uncomfortable and exposed

Only average, because the advertised time to destination never fits. It took us 13 hours instead of 7. We had to wait 4 hours at the customs just to get out of Vietnam. The time for the ride is about 9 hour plus customs. As for us, if we had known before, we would have chosen to go by air. The bus itself ist very comfortable with a friendly team. So If you don't care about a longer ride, it's okay.

Vietnam immigration internet was cutting in and out. People were cutting the line and paying bribes to go before the line. Tour guide was very confusing in his instructions. First bus was good because it had a power outlet. Second bus only had old style of usb plug in didnt have type c plug ins was supposed to arrive at 4:30 pm got stuck on Vietnam exit stamp side for 3 hrs that should have put us in Cambodia by 9pm did not arrive until 11pm
