Lavonne BFrom HCMC ticket office, all the way to Ha Tien - friendly service and everything went smoothly and on time, thank you. They even offered a free shuttle to the border / ferry port / local ticket office in Ha Tien -if you needed an onward travel.

Amelie ROur trip from Ho Chi Minh City to Ha Tien / Phu Quoc was okay overall, but there are a few things that could be improved. It would have been very helpful to know in advance that we would first be picked up by a shuttle and then transferred to the sleeper bus. At first, we thought the small van would take us all the way, which was quite confusing. The organization around the departure and transfer wasn’t very clear.
The sleeper bus itself was comfortable, and we appreciated having our own small cabin. However, the driving felt very chaotic and at times unsafe — we were honestly a bit scared during parts of the ride. Luckily, the weather was good, which made things a bit easier. Overall, clearer communication and a calmer driving style would really improve the experience.

Loren CDo your map research in advance. As long as you know were your going for the bus station address using GPS using grab in Ho Chi Minh and then a motorcycle to the pier in Ha Tien you will be fine. Pack light, large luggage will definitely slow you down and you will pay more trying to find transportation to accommodate your luggage.

Ina VThe bus arrived 2-3 hours earlier than the scheduled time with no notice in advance! It’s a good thing I looked at the map, so that I could notice that. I had a ferry to catch and luckily I was able to change the ticket with an earlier one, so I wouldn’t wait for more than 5 hours. If it was vice versa, I would’ve miss the ferry, so this is not okay. Other than that, everything else was okay. In Ha Tien they even drove me to the ferry dock with another smaller bus.

Vicki ONobody spoke English, didn't know how long we were stopping at each stop. We had to switch buses and wasn't told which new one to get on. The seats are small, bus was hot and smelly probably due to everyone having to take shoes off.
