Even if I made the reservation online they tried 2time to charge me again. Driver was driving very dangerously. I paid to go to the bus station,,, the deiver did not wanted to drive me there even if it was what it was written on my ticket. First time he asked me to leave the bus I was 1hour away from my destination. He asked me to leave the bus again 2 time before finally arriving at the destination. I understand that he was not speaking English but he should have been informed on where to drop me off as writing on the reservation. It was very stressful, because I had to convince him to drive me to my destination, he was upset and driving dangerously, going very fast and honking at everyone.

Vehicle was great and was well driven. Arrived early. The only issue I had was that we would like to have selected seats but the option did not present itself during the online booking, so we found ourselves in the back row seats which was not our preference.

The ride was very comfortable, but the adress on the ticket for the departure wasn’t correct. A lady from a shop told us to go to the right address luckily, else we wouldn’t have found it. It turned out to be a completely different bus company than we booked and they also didn’t know/understand, so maybe it was a mistake on 12go?

Bus was on time and we arrived in can tho 30 min. earlier than expected. We had one break. This was totally sufficient and comfortable. Same for the ride back to HCM. WiFi was working. In Can Tho Taxi shuttle from Futa is for free, you do not need a taxi. The seats are very comfortable for people not taller than 1.70m. But also for my husband with 1.90m, it was ok for 3hours. On both was it was not possible to use the seat adjustment.
