Anna KThe bus itself was good and clean. However, we left over an hour late and had to transfer busses twice, which we were not informed about in advance. In total, we were over two hours later than expected.

Estefania They made us change buses in the middle of the night (we were in the middle of hour sleep) without giving us any explanation, and they were kind of rude during the trip and the change. The buses were very comfy and they had toilets inside (which is amazing). It wasn’t written anywhere that we were taking a car until ninh binh and then the long bus, which is ok, but very confusing for us.
