Good afternoon, The experience was horrible. In fact, they didn’t drop us off at the location indicated on the ticket. Instead, they left all the foreign passengers at that point and told us to take a taxi. They didn’t stop even once so we could eat something or go to the restroom. They also arrived later than scheduled, and during the whole trip they kept stopping only to load merchandise. The service and treatment were TERRIBLE… I am going to withdraw the payment and notify my bank because they did not comply with the agreed service.

This bus service felt extremely misleading and poorly organized. Despite providing the exact coordinates for the meeting point, the bus was not there when we arrived. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress as we tried to locate it while worrying about missing the departure time. The only positive aspect was that the WhatsApp support responded fairly quickly. The bigger issue, however, was the booking itself. I originally booked a private cabin sleeper bus, which was confirmed on 12go. Shortly after booking, we were told the bus was actually fully booked. If that’s the case, why is it still being advertised and sold on the platform? Instead of the bus we paid for, the organizer moved us to a different sleeper bus. I assumed this would be similar, just without the private cabin. Unfortunately, that was not the case at all. Me and my partner were placed in the back of the bus on a single mattress shared with three other people, five people total sleeping on roughly a 5m² space. If I had knowingly booked this type of arrangement, I wouldn’t complain. But being downgraded from a private cabin to a shared mattress without any prior notice or refund is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the overall experience felt very impersonal. Passengers were rushed onto the bus and directed where to sit or sleep with little explanation, which made the experience feel chaotic and uncomfortable. @12go.asia: you should not advertise buses that are no longer available, and if customers are downgraded to a lower standard service, they should receive a refund or at least be informed beforehand.

The journey was too long and tiring. We started on a cabin bus that would take us to Hà Nội. The bus was fine and comfortable, but for the first part of the journey it was impossible to rest because it was beeping and stopping all the time to pick up and give parcels. Instead of dropping us off in Hanoi, it stopped in the middle of the road for another caravan to take us to the next transport. The caravan dropped us off at an office where we waited until a taxi picked us up to take us to the limousine. The limousine ride was very good. Finally, the limousine left us with another man who would take us in his caravan to the hotel. This last journey was the straw that broke the camper's back: the dirty caravan, the somewhat unpleasant man, travelling with his two children who literally jumped on us, jumped on our seats and bothered us the whole way. We couldn't do anything because they were his children and we wanted to get to the hotel. Finally, he did not leave us at the door and as there had been heavy rains, everything was flooded and we had to get into water up to our knees with our suitcases on top of us to get to the hotel. Without a doubt, it was the worst experience travelling in Vietnam.
