Noone notice me I had to pay 20k. I was 1 hour waiting in the harbour but later I had run to buy the extra fee ticket to enter the boat.

Incorrect information from company staff in the office in Gili T - they told it will be direct boat from Gili T to Padang Bai, but in reality there were 2 stops before - Gili Air and Lombok. AC in the boat was not working good.

The trip was ok, but at arrival in Bali we had surprise that the exit door from boat to be full of taxi drivers who almost blocked the way out, and were very agresive.

The boat hull failed in the waves under the captain's bridge and the boat started to take in water. We lost power and thus pumps. There were absolutely no information from the crew regarding the incident during or after in the port. There were plenty of floating objects in the cabin (carpet and trash bins) and emergency exits wasn't easy to open. This river boat shouldn't be allowed to cross the sea. It was quite severe, we had water up to our calf in the cabin.
