It was very good. Air conditioned and provided safety information similar to flights by the crew. Life jackets under the seat and was not very crowded.

Everyone got seasick!

The boat was almost an hour late. There was no air so the boat ride was very hot. The front door of the boat was broken and couldn't latch, so every time we hit a swell the door would open and water would rush in. The contents of my suitcase were wet, not very good and securing them with a cover.

Friendly staff at Gili T, but the trip itself was disappointing. We were offloaded at Nusa Penida with no explanation, left waiting over an hour, then put on a small open-deck snorkelling boat where our luggage got wet. Poor communication and not the service we paid for.

Good crossing but there was a smell of fuel for most of the trip which was not appreciated by the passengers

The boat and everything was super well arranged. Yes it was crowded at the harbour and we did go a bit later as planned, but there was somebody from Ekajaya who took care of everything If you just listen to him, what not everybody did… The boat was excellent, with airco and the staff was super kind and helpfull. You can buy cola, water, bintang and chips on board. The trip it self was very scary, very rough sea. People Where fommeting and someone even pead there pants.. The staff gave evereybody who needed it plastic bags to fommit in. Later we heared that the sea is always rough in july and August.
