we were trying to get from Gilli T to Lembongan, but this boat will first take you to all Gilli islands, and then Lombok, and then you'll switch boats at Nusa Penida. it was meant to be 2 hours but ended up taking around 4. at Nusa Penida we were transfered onto a tiny boat, packed with everyones luggage. Everyone was getting sprayed wet by the waves splashing over the boat. actually it was quite funny, but i dont think everyone would agree with me on that point of view.

It was very good. Air conditioned and provided safety information similar to flights by the crew. Life jackets under the seat and was not very crowded.

The boat was almost an hour late. There was no air so the boat ride was very hot. The front door of the boat was broken and couldn't latch, so every time we hit a swell the door would open and water would rush in. The contents of my suitcase were wet, not very good and securing them with a cover.

Friendly staff at Gili T, but the trip itself was disappointing. We were offloaded at Nusa Penida with no explanation, left waiting over an hour, then put on a small open-deck snorkelling boat where our luggage got wet. Poor communication and not the service we paid for.
