The address that was on the pick up was not correct. The phone number didn’t work either. The only reason I got on a bus was because of a nice taxi driver man calling them and telling them to pick me up.

The company contacted mein advance which was nice to make sure I had got the right vehicle number etc. They were on time and everything went smooth. The only thing is that you don't know exactly beforehand where you get dropped off in ninh binh

Vehicle is okay. Maybe there should be rule to have the passenger lower down their voices, I have co passenger that is talking for 2hrs and very loud. Also there might be other pick up points. Because the pick up point has no shade or chair, just street.

20 Minuten before we arrived at a tourist trap and we were told to wait 15 minutes because the driver needs a break. As we wanted to go around the building and not through the building we got aggressively yelled at for not going through the shop. We how ever just continued our path to the bus waiting on the other side of the building without going in the shop.

Lack of communication the first bus was late and we had to change buses 3 times so were delayed in our journey. Saying that all 3 of the buses were comfortable and clean with water offered in each of them.

Had to change vehicles twice from our Hanoi to Tam Coc bus but overall was good, the bus was on time but the communication could have been better

The driver came on time, all was good. The only thing is that he had quite an aggressive driving style (driving fast, changing lines to come over and so on), that was an unplesant drawback
