Amber VIt was pretty good. Except when we arrived at ha giang, they put us in a smaller bus and didn’t tell what we where going to do… so we drove 1 hour around to drop everybody off at there stay. Meanwhile our stay was the closet to the bus stop. They couldn’t speak English so it was difficult to communicate

Georges KThe bus company asked us to be 1h30 in advance (3:30pm instead of 5pm) to the meeting point 4 hours in advance. No USB C in the bus (only USB A), no information about the timing of the breaks. The best part is when we indicated the address of our homestay, the bus dropped us 2km away from it. Also, the driving was agressive but they all are. Average rating because the bus was on time.

Kevin BThe vehicle was great in terms of comfort and we were picked up on time. The office had attempted to contact us earlier in the day to offer us the chance to wait in their office as it was raining heavily, but we missed those messages. In terms of handling the booking, the service couldn't be better. However, this particular driver was reckless and inconsiderate of his passengers. We are quite used to an aggressive style of driving from many trips, but this was ridiculous. He drove too fast, even when roads were very rough. I was bounced out of my seat on several occasions. He frequently drove too close to other vehicles, he braked very late and very heavily, he was on his horn permanently hounding other vehicles. He overtook when unsafe to do so.
