We had a great trip! Picked up in front of our hotel in Hanoi, dropped off in front of our hotel in Ha Giang. Excellent service, friendly staff, clear and helpful 1-on-1 communication after placing our reservation. Recommended, I'd book again!

Bus pick up location changed. Bus late. Difficult to contact 12Go or bus company to find out bus ETA. Got taxied from pick up location to a station and had to wait there. Finally departed 4 hours later than scheduled.

The bus company asked us to be 1h30 in advance (3:30pm instead of 5pm) to the meeting point 4 hours in advance. No USB C in the bus (only USB A), no information about the timing of the breaks. The best part is when we indicated the address of our homestay, the bus dropped us 2km away from it. Also, the driving was agressive but they all are. Average rating because the bus was on time.

Comfy coach and was doing great till we got a flat tyre… aside from this and the miserable, rude bus driver afterwards all was good.

The vehicle was great in terms of comfort and we were picked up on time. The office had attempted to contact us earlier in the day to offer us the chance to wait in their office as it was raining heavily, but we missed those messages. In terms of handling the booking, the service couldn't be better. However, this particular driver was reckless and inconsiderate of his passengers. We are quite used to an aggressive style of driving from many trips, but this was ridiculous. He drove too fast, even when roads were very rough. I was bounced out of my seat on several occasions. He frequently drove too close to other vehicles, he braked very late and very heavily, he was on his horn permanently hounding other vehicles. He overtook when unsafe to do so.
