Rebecca Went with Trung Khanh limousine and received an excellent service. They contacted me the night before with exact departure date and a reminder in the morning.
Regular pee stops (Hanoi-Cao bang) limited food choices so stock up before you go.
Tang (driver) was a good experienced driver and ended up dropping me outside booked accommodation.

Kees RThe time we had booked was annulated. There for we had to take a later bus and we were very late at our destination! The trip took very long because of the many stops and the passengers we had to go get at the airport. Also there were great suitcases in the middle of the bus so nobody could get out in a normal way.

Less good: booked bus for 6.45 am from Hanoi Opera House. Got message day before that pick up was 6.00 and sent a different pickup location.

George OThe car was in top shape, with a perfectly functioning AC unit. The driver was excellent in commanding the vehicle and using his defensive driving skills! The road from Cao Bang to Hanoi is a challenging one. Our trip to Hanoi was organized in a thoroughly professional manner!

Barthelemy GThe driver was technically very good, but not respectful of other vehicles, taking over without visibility, forcing the passage. I would even say a bit dangerous. Several times we were overthinking facing other vehicles. The passenger experience was stressful.
