Charlene Overall good. We had a message from the company the day before with photo of the van and plate. The driver was on time for the pick-up.
However, the van was old and not as confortable as expected. The seats didn't even recline and we had little space for the legs.
We also arrived 1h30 late at the end, but we still had a mandatory stop for 25 minutes to eat.
However, the driver was kind enough to drop us off at our hotel.

William WArrived 1.5 hrs late. Driver drove very dangerously making lane changes on blind turns infront of large trunks.

Ifat AThe road to Cao Bang was very curvy and the driver drove fast + we were at the back seats of the van so we were shaking from side to side all the way.
I can't tell if it was because of the back seat or the driver ot both. But the trip was un pleasant.
