Driver came with an SUV not a Van which was very uncomfortable for my girlfriend sitting in the back. Driver drove like a maniac. Overtaking before curves or hills with zero view on oncoming traffic. Nearly ran over several animals and once a group of children. The last two hours he told me how sleepy he is and stopped several times to do something to wake him up. He made it seem like a cigarette but I think there was more… (he always happily jumped back to the car). 2 passengers and the driver were obviously sick. Driver sweated heavily and he and the 2 passengers were constantly sniffing, sneezing and coughing. No one wore a mask. Overall horrible experience. Me and my girlfriend feared for our lives and thought about terminating the drive.

We booked the 5pm van but only three people booked for this time. We arrived at 4.30pm as requested and did not leave until 6.45. It was clear that the driver was waiting for people who booked later vans to arrive so only one trip with a full van was made. I understand the desire to maximise profits but do not give a choice of departure times by the hour if there is absolutely no intention of leaving at that time unless the van is completely full. We sat around for ages. If we had received a text to state the bus would be leaving later due to lack of demand we would have happily sat in a pub and had our dinner. Instead we sat around, were given no information, and after the long trip to Puerto Princessa arrived after midnight - much later than expected and much too late to find food. Also, please be aware these are normal sized vans that fit 14 people excluding the driver. Two in the front with the driver and then three rows of four. Again I understand if there is (technically) a seat there they would want it filled. But as a passenger it was very squished and uncomfortable for 5 hours. The driver stopped for toilet breaks and dropped us off at our hotels which was good, however it doesn't redeem the experience and honestly felt like the least he could have done in the circumstances. SAVE THE HEARTACHE AND GET THE CHERRY BUS. We got it from PP to El Nido and it was perfect, on time and very comfortable.

Really bad experience, never again Palajuanders Travel and Tours! They offered a complimentary pickup but NOBODY CAME! Wrote them via WhatsApp but NO RESPONSE! Tried to contact them via Facebook Messenger and got the response that the driver will call me. Result: NOBODY CALLED ME. After that I called them and became the response that they will speak to the driver and will call me back. Result: NOBODY CALLED ME BACK! Asked them again via Facebook but became NO RESPONSE anymore. At the end of the day I wrote them why they didn't respond and get the answer: SORRY, I'M BUSY! This company is just a big joke, don't book at Palajuanders Travel and Tours! There are many other customer friendly and trusted companies on Palawan which make their job!

The WORST trip in my life. I hate the driver so much i cant even explain. He drove 120km/h the entire trip it felt like he tried to kill us, Everyone was scared to death. And last he did not even drive us to our Hotel, but he was suposed to do that. He stoped Every 30 minutes to smoke in 20 minities and we came to Puerto princessa much later than it Said

Rough drive! But im not sure I can blame the drivers as the roads are genuinely unkept and not maintained so that’s not the drivers fault. There are some areas where the driver could’ve exercised more care when driving, but overall it was decent. However, AC does not reach the back of the van so be aware if you choose to sit at the back!

The minibus was okay, cold and fast. The driver was good. Sadly it left 30min late and was late to the airport as well. I find it very unfair that there were 2 rows of 3 seats and one row of 4 at the back. Obviously the row of 4 was crammed yet tickets cost the same. I'm 6ft2"(187cm) so for me it was a bit hellish as couldn't even lean back as my shoulders didn't fit between the other passengers.if you can avoid the back row.

This was a good organized organization. I checked in and went to get some food. They called me to inform me to come back because we departed earlier. I also had a request to sit in the front from not feeling well in the back while driving fast and these curves, they arranged that for me. It was a smooth and actually fast and very comfortable ride. These minivans are more comfortable and spacious then other vans I went. This organization is definitely recommendable!

It is weird because we thought it is a point to point (El Nido to Puerto Princesa) van but the driver will randomly pick up people along the way. Also made random jokes that he thinks funny but really offensive. The driver also drove like a maniac.

I received the voucher with the tickets only 14 hours after the purchase, not after 2 hours, as I should have according to the information provided by 12GoAsia after the purchase. In order to receive the voucher, I had to intervene myself several times via the complaint form. I was afraid that I would not be able to travel the next day and that I would also miss the flight for which I had purchased tickets. I was supposed to be at the departure point 30 minutes before the bus departure time. Despite arriving on time, the bus did not arrive. I waited 50 minutes; eventually, someone called the transport company’s hotline and a vehicle was sent for us. After that, the driver continued to pick up additional passengers to fill all the empty seats, which further delayed our departure. The driver was not very polite, and when we pointed out the delay to him, he played music in the bus at maximum volume for several minutes.
