Connor VYou didn’t give us the bus I paid for. I paid for a bus that had a tv and massage chairs but what I got was a basic sleeper bus. You cannot advertise something and not provide it especially when you are charging a higher price for the nice things you are advertising.

Mridul GFirst of all, 12goasia asks me to pay a premium to get a cabin together for two people. Afterwards when I booked this premium cabin I go to the bus and the operator tells me that you have not directly booked with me and you've picked with the app. So we will not give you the seats that you want. We will give you the worst seats in the bus. So after paying more we ended up in two separate cabins and at the back of the bus where this this seats are not even flat. They are reclined like sofas and it was a horrible experience for a 12-hour journey. I reached out to the support team and they haven't responded to me yet.

Maisie ANice vehicle, well-organised at the check-in desk with announcements for each bus. The staff were all friendly. Left and arrived at the times stated! Although we stopped 20min after leaving for about an hour for them to load random boxes on to the bus. Meant we were only given 20min for a dinner stop at 9:30pm - not really enough time to order a meal and eat (we recommend ordering first, then going to the toilet while you wait..!). But at least we didn’t arrive at 5am like we have on other buses.

Esther MThe bus we ended up on was not like the one advertised. Much older and uncomfortable seats. There was black mould on the roof. Small spaces, if you’re any taller than 5”9 you won’t fit. Was only option for us to travel long distance. Took back roads and not main ones so was bumpy. They hustled us out and were remaking our beds for next people and even when waiting outside bus for luggage did not let us know we had left EarPods or charger and we saw them cleaning our things.

Graham SIt was communicated clearly when I purchased my ticket that the ticket was one of 2 standard tickets in which the seat did not recline down and the footwell was abnormally cramped. When I tried to upgrade or move to another seat the driver was not helpful at all. Also left an hour late.
