Alison HOverall a great bus company to travel with. The bus was spacious and comfortable. Designated toilet stops at clean and well organised places.
My only question is why we didn’t have an option to choose our seat numbers. We are senior travelers ( age 60+ ) and always prefer the lower berth.

Maelenn MBus not bad, pillows would be welcome. But the organisation 😱 they try for 20 minutes to make me share my bed with someone else, had to say no several time. They turned back to someone else et tried to do the same. For finally let us having a single bed each, there were enough space anyway Was uncomfortable !!

Operator changed pickup point a few hours before departure. Warned via WhatsApp Only, no email. Changed also the drop off once arrived at our destination
Too many toilets stop during the night (hard to sleep when they open the lights and yell)

Rebecca HI pad for it then 3 days later (an hour before the journey) a lady called to say the bus wasn’t confirmed so we dint have a seat. But then offered us a seat at the bottom at the back which was tiny and cramped for a refund of £2.80…. We were just happy to get the bus so we continued and accepted this, got to Nha Trang and the bus wouldn’t start again, no air con whilst we waited and the electric kept going off. We weren’t waiting for long so headed onwards to Hoi An. Overall not a crazy bad journey but very uncomfortable and frustrating that we were almost left stranded in Da Lat. The lady who I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and kind.

Hanna OWe had the last two cabins at the bottom of the bus and they were significantly smaller than all the other cabins. We couldn’t sit up but we also couldn’t lay down cause you couldn’t move the backrest (it was adjustable for everybody except for us). Also these two cabins were right above the engine so they were soooo warm an stuffy it was really uncomfortable and it was louder. And for that we payed the same price than everyone on this bus. Not okay

Alexander KWe got the overnight bus from Da Lat to Hoi An and the bus took 21 hours to get there as opposed to the advertised 13. We were not communicated with why it took so long as from what I am aware the vehicle never broke down. It was also never communicated when we were stopping for food, toilet and how long we were to be there for. The drop off for Hoi A was 20 mins away by car. Overall poor experience.
