Efficient bus. Lots of space. Odd that the bus stopped lots of times for only a minute or two which made it a little disruptive hence the four stars. Drivers were fine.

Perfect experience, I was nervous about this 12 hour drive but it went so well. Staff were really kind and helpful and sent text messages to ensure we knew exactly where to go. The bus was clean and very comfortable with working charging ports. They told us exactly when our stop was going to be with ample time to prepare and they handled our luggage with care . I would 100% recommend this company and bus

We took a day bus from Da Lat to Hoi An, it was great. The bed is big enough and the service was also in English (it is appropriated). We stopped enough times to use the toilet and to have dinner at the end.

Due to the mixed reviews I was apprehensive however I was pleasantly surprised and would recommend using their service. We set off slightly earlier but not too early that you could miss the bus, the bus was clean and the staff were nice and drove responsibly. I recieved whatsapp messages to ensure I was on the bus and got to my destination which is kind and super helpful, in case of any issues.
