The initial service from booking was standard, I ended up reaching out to find out what time I was going to be picked up, however the vehicle was really nice and comfortable. The driver was rude and unpleasant, at pick up there was minimal interaction however at drop off he tried to drop me 10 mins away from my location, I showed him on google maps that this is not my location, he knew it already and seemed annoyed, then still did not drop me at my location and was very aggressive and rude telling me to get out. He was very unpleasant and unkind, I messaged the same contact number regarding what happened but they did not respond. The service is not great but the vehicle is very comfortable. They are trying to be a 5 star service but are only reaching 1 star at this stage.

The bus came way to early and was dirty, broke and just not ok. The drive was bumpy, but that's because of the street conditions. The driver drove way to fast and really risky.

the first limousine was great, arrived on time and was air conditioned, comfortable and had working chargers. when we arrived in hoi an the lady at the hung thinh phat office told us to meet her there instead of where April travel told us to. This was not communicated to April travel which resulted in a huge panic when the began calling us asking why we were not in the original location. It was all sorted out and we made our bus but was quite stressful and the second bus was awful, air con not working, smelled funny and chargers that didn’t work while the bus was running. It is worth noting that April adventure travel only organise and give WhatsApp support for the travel, which honestly they did well, but you are still travelling with the hung thinh phat bus and customers who have paid considerably less for the pleasure and the buses themselves are equally as variable and chaotic. Our drivers were very helpful themselves though.

Not only did the company pick me up right from my hotel, they also dropped me off at my next hotel (you just need to text the number provided and ask)! Very smooth and easy ride as well from Da Nang to Hue! The driver was only a few minutes late to pick me up (as expected) but I was in contact with them the whole time. Then, we went on some little detour to deliver a package (maybe?) and arrived 30 minutes late which wasn't a big deal at all to me but just want to make sure people know that it is a possibility and no one is perfect!!
