Took an hour longer than it should have due to the driver dropping off what seemed to just be his friends along the way instead of the designated Hue stop. The car constantly beeped at the driver due to serious excessive speed, likely to make up the lost time from all the detours. The car was very dated for a limousine/ recliner and the excessive speed made for a shaky and uncomfortable drive. Do not recommend and wont be using again.

We booked a sprinter van, but our ride was a packed car with myself and 5 other people. If you advertise a sprinter van, and have a large sprinter van pictured as your service, that should be what customers receive. I didn’t pay to sit on the very back row of a grab car for a 3 hour drive. The service was very misleading. The driver was on time, friendly, and helpful, but the driving was terrifying and reckless. We were panicked the entire ride to the point of not feeling like we’d make it to our destination safely. Booking, pricing, and communication were all great! I’d use 12Go again, just not this driving service.

We were picked up from our house, which was good. But the pickup was an hour late and kept getting pushed back by 20 minutes. There was also a conflict: I asked for my wife to be seated in the front. This was approved by the organizer, but the driver wouldn't allow it. I had to confront him, which was unpleasant. The car was in decent condition, but not all functions were working properly.

Excellent service: we were picked up from the airport and taken to the company's pickup point. The bus that took us to Hue was pretty luxe and very clean: you must take your shoes off before boarding. The seats are lazy-boy style recliners with power everything, and a massage setting to boot! Bottles of water are provided, and you can charge your devices (USB A and C slots) while you read or eat on the airplane-styke tray in front of you. You can nap the two-hour trip, or better yet take in the beautiful countryside views. At this price, unbeatable.

Easy to book, large bus with comfortable massage seats, water and wet wipes, not crowded, very affordable, even got a very cheap pick up and drop off at our hotel. Will definitely use them for all our travel.

Very clean car. The driver was good we could even sleep. He stops for a short Toilette break. So much space and the seats are really VIP and comfortable.

Poor overall experience. Scheduled to leave da nang at 10am and arrive in hue by 12pm, but we didn’t leave da nang until 11:45am due to driver doing some cash in hand pick up and drop off jobs. No communication or clarity as to what was happening. When in hue he refused to take us to the drop off spot highlighted on the ticket, instead taking us to people’s houses for parcel drop offs. lack of safety led to us getting out of the bus soon after as we didn’t trust him and would rather pay for a grab from there. Maybe a one off, but one to watch out for if solo travelling or wanting to avoid doubling your journey time.

The drive was scheduled from 16.30 to 18.30. Driver arrived 30 minutes late. We then drove around stopping and picking up multiple people before actually heading to our destination. This left us arriving 2.5h late. The drive itself was fine and comfortable enough, but so much delay is unacceptable.
