Da Lat to Ho Chi Minh City Destination Reviews

MS
I went to the bus terminal office as instructed in the contact after booking, but the receptionist told me it was the wrong location. I followed the receptionist's instructions and took a taxi for a little over 10 minutes, but was told it was the wrong location there too. In the end, it turned out the original location was correct, and the receptionist was mistaken, so I wasted nearly 30 minutes of round trip time and the taxi fare. Incidentally, the receptionist didn't even apologize. Also, when I got off the bus, my luggage, which I had left in the bus's storage space, was missing. I've heard of this happening at airports, but I've never heard of it being lost on a bus. Fortunately, my luggage had a GPS tag, so I was able to track it down and go back and retrieve it, which took just under an hour, but I wonder what would have happened if I hadn't had a GPS tag. Again, I received no contact regarding compensation. This bus company is completely untrustworthy and I don't think anyone should use it. I can see why it has such low ratings. At the very least, I will never use it again, and if anyone I know tries to ride it, I will try to persuade them to stop.

+ our ticket was for 430pm and nothing to do anymore after we have explored Datanla.and MongoLand in Dalat since it was just a day trip for me and my son. We decided to go to the bus station early so we could try to change for an earlier trip. Luckily, we were there before 1pm and there was.a.130pm going back.to.Ho.Chi Minh same.price, same VIP sleeper bus - Good thing I was wearing a seatbelt while asleep because there was a time on the road wherr I was going from.left to the right side of the bed...but i was safe bec of the seatbelt and it didnt bother much because i was super sleepy. It just.woke.me.up a few times.

I booked this ride because it was night ride that was supposed to arrive around 6:30am at HCMC and arrived at 4am. We were told through voice messages before the bus ride started that we were going to stop twice to use toilets and eat something, we ended up just stopping once in a petrol station where there was nowhere to buy something to eat. Even though the bus was high-end there was no toilet in, compared to most of the cabin bus I’ve taken in Vietnam. In addition there were only 4-5 people in the bus and was assigned a cabin where the charging ports and the TV where not working. Overall, poor experience for the price compared to other bus companies.

The bus itself is great, very comfy. The staff, however, are extremely rude. Nasty attitude problems. Refused to pull over to let me go pee on the side of the road even though I was in terrible pain. Shooed me away annoyed. The A/C was on high blast the whole time so it was freezing and the blankets are not warm. People closed their vents because it was blasting so hard, which made a loud high pitched whistling noise making it hard to sleep.

Was supposed to arrive at 7 am, we arrived at 04:30 am. We take nightbus to sleep, not to be dropped off much earlier in the middle of the night.
