We have taken many sleeper coaches whilst travelling and this has been by far the worst company we’ve travelled with and I would not recommend this company. We booked a bus to depart at 9am from Dalat and arrive at HCM at 5pm. We received a message from the company saying we will be departing at 11.30am. We responded saying that we had booked for 9am and they said ‘sorry it will depart at 11.30 but we can pick you up from your hotel at 10.30’. We asked if there was an earlier bus we could get on as we wanted to leave early ( hence booking for 9am) and sent them screenshots of the bus times and confirmation we had booked. They said it was not possible as there is traffic in some areas. After asking for a refund so we could book a different bus that left at an earlier more convenient time for us we were ignored and didn’t get a response. After messaging again asking for an update on the situation they just said the bus will pick us up at 10.30 from our hotel. On the day of departure we received a message saying we have a flight from Dalat to Saigon which we did not and had never said . When we messaged back saying we don’t have a flight and are confused we got ignored again. We waited outside our hotel at 10:25 ready for the bus at 10.30 but did not get picked up until 11.05 and messaged the company many times asking what time the bus was going to arrive but they didn’t respond. We even tried to call them as we were getting concerned as the bus station was 20 minutes away from our hostel. When we got picked up the driver was on his phone and not paying attention to the roads at all. We got dropped at the bus station at 11:45 am (even tho the bus was supposed to depart at 11.30). We went to reception to get our tickets and asked the receptionist what is going on with the bus times , she said it was delayed and that the bus is scheduled to depart at 12. At this point we were very disappointed with the customer service and communication as they promoted the trip to be at 9am and being an 8 hour journey we knew now that we were not going to arrive into HCM until 8pm. When on the bus my seat was full of crumbs from the passenger before me and my bed had a massage function that did not work. When asked to swap beds because of these two issues we were rudely told no even though the two beds next to us were not occupied the whole journey . Overall the poor communication and lack of customer service was a big let down for us and we would not recommend travelling with this bus company .

You actually take 2 buses. The first one, you are really really packed in a very very tiny space. Nothing like other night buses. You can't move or sit,; it is more like a coffin. Very long journey. The second bus is a traditional bus. Comfortable. The whole journey was much longer than described. Nearly 10 hours.

A decent rip albeit it takes a very long time, just over 9 hours. The bus was a VIP bus with sleeper cabins. Departure was on-time, but arrival was late. Probably the most convenient way to travel Da Lat to Saigon.

If you're over 6 ft it probably isn't going to be the most pleasant trip , I'm 6ft 3. I have size 12 feet and they insist you take your shoes off and bag them which is cool but take them off your bed and put them back on as you get off bus as the thongs they provide are about size 6 tops. They do love beeping their air horns for the entire trip ... Guess it's a Vietnam thing for traffic .... But if you're a light sleeper like me it will grate on you ... Was adequate toilet stops for the wife as she lasts about 2 hours before she needs to go .... It was cheap but brutally slow for the 400 odd km from dalat to Saigon .... About 8.5 hours but that's because it's pretty much residential most of way. It served it's purpose as dalat airport out of service at present and I couldn't be bothered doing 4 odd hours back to nah trang airport. Bus driver was a lil cranky on second stop when I hopped out for a gasper when wife in toilet and then proceeded to have mechanic adjust air brakes for another 15 odd mins so not sure why he had sand in his vag

Solo American Women. Great modern bus. Big seats and the bus left on time. Toilet on board. Trong Minh is an intercity line. Makes multiple stops and ends on very far west side from HCMC D1. Ending station is 45-50 mins from D1/D2
