I booked a shared shuttle well in advance, but they were unable to confirm whether it would operate until the day before my flight. This left me in a very stressful situation, as I was travelling from abroad and needed to know in advance how I would get from Colombo Airport to Sigiriya.
The communication was disappointing, and I found one of the coordinators to be rude and unprofessional during our phone conversation. Instead of helping to resolve the situation, I felt that my concerns as a customer were not taken seriously.
In the end, I had to upgrade to a private transfer and pay an additional fee because they could not confirm the shared shuttle.
Unfortunately, the experience did not improve during the journey. The driver repeatedly read and checked messages on his mobile phone while driving, which made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe.
Overall, I found the service unreliable and unprofessional, and I would not choose this company again.

Ella MGreat service, very flexible - even moved our transfer an 1hr 30 earlier at a last minute request with no extra cost. Left sunglasses in the car, and the driver kindly returned them for me the next day, again free of charge. The team are generous. Thank you.
