Confirmation didn't come in time and there was no working contact number to talk to OceanJet through. Had to buy tickets again at the pier, I'll be claiming back my original purchase on my credit card.

I was surprised at how loose the time was. We were over an hour late and had to change the tour we had planned. I realized that unlike Japan, there is no time management in the country.

The ferry was delayed and there were a lot of hidden extra fees (terminal fee, entry fee for the taxi, luggage fee). But they did show LILO & Stitch during the trip

Fast and reliable. We departed with delay but all went smoothly. Business class had a private wc and clean. Tv was half showing but not an issue for me. Most importantly — suitcase arrived safely. They do a double checking upon arrival so there is no confusion. Really liked it.
