Wow. The check in process could use a whole revamp/ improvement. After the Terminal Fee area the Check In area should be next in the entrance as well. Then the security then the check in baggage. The whole system is backwards and the lines block the entrance for people trying to get in. There is no mention of “baggage handling fee 50 peso each luggage.” Plus charging us for extra weight when we don’t have it?? We spent 500 peso just for the whole process for 4 ppl. The bathroom on the boat is filthy!!!

Was a about 1/2 hour late leaving. Everything else was great. We booked business class as we had luggage. The seats were larger and on the upper floor giving else a better view.

Very smooth crossing, the business class seats were very comfortable. Purchasing the ticket was straightforward, just had to check in to be issued with a paper ticket.

I booked the return ticket direct through the oceanjet website, and paid $32 aud including booking fee. 12go charged me $48.58 aud for the exact same company and trip and class.. I understand you need to make money, but that is 50% mark up, which is disgraceful 😭. Can never use you guys again
