You should mention that there are additional fees you have to pay cash and how the check in process is supposed to be.
Cebu to Surigao, Ferry Tourist Bed Bunks, Starlite Ferries, Sep 16, 2025

The vessel was delayed for 6 hours. There was no announcements via email or at the port itself. The comfort room doesn't have a proper toilet and water for flushing. The charging ports are always not available or out of order. There was no privacy in terms of sleeping due to the open bunk beds despite being in the tourist cabin. The staff was helpful, though. Overall, I hope the list mentioned above will be acknowledged.

(for tourists, staying in tourist class) If you're looking for an interesting travel experience, then this will do it. The bunks are comfortable and sized well-enough for a 186cm male. bed linens are an extra cost, I forget now exactly, but a couple hundred pesos. No bunk screen was provided, but I did not feel unsafe or bothered by this. Everyone just quietly slept the overnight. The upgrade to tourist class, to be enclosed and have AC is a must. If not renting bed linens, you'll wish to wear a hoodie for the night. I used my beach towel as a blanket.

Easy experience, bedding was clean, staff were helpful, slept fairly well. Once the boat starts moving you can also move bunks if there are free ones which meant we could leave the busy aisle and go to a much quieter one

The ferry wasn't my first choice of mode of travel but my flight got cancelled. I was plesantly surprised. Boat left on time (we could board early to chill) and arrive as scheduled. Beds were okay. There was a possibility to buy food on board. I didn't need to print my ticket - just exhanged it at the port during check-in.
