The vehicle was dirty. My wife had to struggle with a chewing gum that was on the seat and ruined her trousers. The driver arrived half an hour later and didn't drop us off near our hotel which was a problem since it immediately start raining after getting out and we had to find shelter.

Friendly staff, very helpful, vans from inside town/city tobus station & from there to end destination a bit old and tattered but drivers great & tried their best to get us to ferry on time... but we left 30 min late & never made it.

We were told by mail to be there 45 min before departure. So we waited at Vincom Plaza from 6:20 (departure time 7:00) and we picked up with a Shuttle around 7:20. Wasted waiting time..Then headed late to the office were we Quick had to change to the other van at 8.00. No one spoke english. The driver of the second Van to the harbour threw his waste (multiple Times!!!) out of the car while driving - we were shocked! Save the Environment!

The experience, a little disappointed, they sell you the seats as they appear in the photo..some vip seats, unclonable, huge, etc. and then does not let you book any..they automatically assign you, the square 1 and 2, q are the q no one wants (are the seats in front next to the driver, have nothing to do with those in the photo, are normal seats, in the square 1 you do not enter or legs hahaha) and the price is the same, apart from that, were punctual, and we approached the port.

It was great. Bus left a little earlier as we were already complete before departure time. We got bottled water and seats were comfortable. Even better, we needed to get to the Pier to catch the Ferry and upon arrival in Rach Soi they had a transfer van waiting to take people where they needed to go, thus brought us to the Pier :)

We had a hard time with this flight. Arrived at the airport we were asked 900,000 vnd more, for checked baggage, while we had paid on the site, and they appear on our reservation. At the counter, they pretended not to understand us and we could not leave without our luggage. So, we had to pay They are real thieves!!!
