I am very disappointed with your service. I arrived half an hour before the scheduled departure, but the bus did not arrive at the appointed time. At the station, I was told that they were not aware of any such departure at that time. Customer support did not respond to me. I am very upset and would like to request a refund for the ticket. I had to purchase a new ticket at the station ticket office.

I paid 176 Euro with you for 2 tickets instead of 103 dollar if I had bought directly and easily at the ticketing office.. That’s nearly double and I had to wait 2 hours and go through hassle to get to meet your agent to get the tickets. What a hassle and for too expensive!!

We booked 5 hours previous to the ride, nevertheless the operator quickly set everything ready. The drive was smooth and without complications. The driver accommodated our requests, he was experienced and polite. The communication with the operator was through whatsapp, so be sure to have roaming data, else book your transfer earlier than we did to have everything set beforehand.

The trip to Alexandria in the Elite bus was very good, comfortable, but we arrived nearly 2 hours late which meant we missed things we had booked. The journey back to Cairo was uncomfortable and hot, no cold air, very cramped seats
