Anonymous Bus broke down. Comfortable seats, air conditioning, curtains etc. The bus departed on time. The bus had a serious mechanical problem and kept breaking down every 5 or so minutes. A very stressful situation for the driver, as he had to keep jump starting it with passengers feeling worried. My friends and I ended up getting off and getting into a taxi.

Anonymous Difficult journey. Lots of choice for the departure tiimes. I was the only person getting off at my destination and was told to get off 1 km from the bus stop to save the driver time I guess.

Anonymous Leave a time buffer. The first driver was very competent, on steep mountain roads. The coach was clean and comfortable and the driver did not smoke nor play loud music. I had booked with an e ticket but was forced to have it printed out to get onto the bus platform. I had to send an email to the ticket office and they printed it out for two euros, plus another one euro tax. Second time I've been forced to print so called e tickets. Due to a fatal accident we were 90 minutes late, didn't stop the bus driver from going shopping for groceries for ten minutes. At Shkoder we were thrown out at a roundabout, he didn't even bother going to the bus station.

Anonymous Driver very nice but ticket checker was an arrogant bully! Driver was kind. Although he didn't speak english, he was courteous. Once the ticket checker entered the bus in Podgorica, the atmosphere changed. He started yelling at people to pay 2 euros per luggage, without receipt. He would threaten them that they would not be allowed on the bus. Very negative person and a bully!

Anonymous Driver dropped us at the entrance of the Shkoder instead of the usual town centre. Driver was an hour late on return and we lost our bus from Budva to Tivat and we paid £40 to a taxi unfair realy you should have refunded my money.

Anonymous Hot. The scenery. Driver was very rude, shouting at passengers. The assistant who got on at podgorica was worse. Very rude. The bus is too hot. It is rude to ask 2 Euros for a bag under the bus. It cost 2 of us an extra 10 euros because we had to pay "bus station tax" . How ridiculous. I'm not happy.

Anonymous Kind driver though a little impatient with those who didn't understand him. 2€ for 1 piece of luggage - twice what I paid before, not sure if legit. Always confusion re bus station tax - cantit be passed on by you ticket sellers directly rather than every passenger have to queue and pay a euro or so each? Bus was late arriving for us - never any information re delay or ETA.

Anonymous AC seemed to be working. The bus was very late and we did not receive any information about this. The bus was so crowded that people had to stand up for parts of the ride.
