We had to change buses halfway through journey, and there were a few unexpected stops on way that we didn’t know about. It didn't matter much as we reached our destination on time, but useful to know upfront!

Nice trip. Pick up and drop of at the hotels. But it took 6,5 hours instead of 4,5 written in pdf.

Arrived late at the starting point. It was not the van that i booked, it was a cargo bus carrying sacks of grain and a chicken (?) In a carton box. I was lucky there was a young local on the bus that spoke english, the driver did speak no word to me when we stopped for 15 min to eat, the young man helped me with all necessary Information. Because it was a cargo bus, we stopped at many locations on the way even in the arriving city, making us over an hour late. Eventually i got off before my final stop because things were taking forever, i had to reschedule my provided tuk tuk by the hotel for pickup because we were so late and finally cancel and book one myself from the stop i got out at after being fully fed up. The driver was very slow, safe i guess, but i booked this "van" because it was said to drive faster than other provided options online. Overall would not go with GoHo again, also the starting point didn't have any person at the very run down station, so there was noone to ask when the bus came late and the station was completely abandoned. At least their whatsapp service number responded quickly telling me to wait.

The bus wasn't as new and the reception not as swanky as some of the other operators, but the driver was safer, the journey was smooth and free rolls were given with water. I would recommend.

As a trip the scenery was beautiful and a lovely way to travel to Siem Reap, it felt a very aurhentic local way to travel. However we did not get the boat in the picture. The boat was small, uncomfortable and let in so much rain, getting us and our luggage soaking wet. Staff however were lovely and the driver and staff member inside the passenger area did everything to keep us dry and keep the boat running. At times the fumes inside the passenger areas were bad and it was better to have the screens open and get wet I appreciate no one can be responsible for the weather but I feel the boat we had wasnt ideal for rain season conditions and passenger, luggage transfers

Nearly had an accident 2 times, but only one of them was the driver’s fault and he reacted accordingly. Besides that, friendly guy, had the complete bus for myself.
