Kyra CTime schedule wasn’t right. It said 07:30 but at the port there was standing 08:30. So instead of 1 hour we where 2 hours early.

Michael RInstruction stated to be in the port 2 hrs prior, but that is not accurate. No purpose of showing 2 hours early because most passengers do not even show up until last minute before the ship sails. In addition, the voucher has to be replaced with a ticket, but there was direction where to get the ticket. The office where to get the ticket is not in the port but located about a mile away from the port. It will be helpful to inform the location of the ticket office. Information also that an additional charge of economy fee has to be paid before entering the port and a terminal fee has to be paid too before being allowed to enter the passenger waiting area.
