Changed my time 2 hours earlier than had to wait 1 hour for the driver. Had to wait at the Harbour 1,5 hours. So in the end everything worked out ✌️

My trip was from Uluwatu to Nusa Lembongan. The pickup at my accommodation was late, and as a result we also arrived late at the harbor, which caused me to miss my ferry. To be fair, I did not have to pay again and they arranged another fast boat with a different company. However, I had to wait two hours at the port, which was very inconvenient. Overall, due to the delays and poor time management, I would not choose this company again.
