Driver didn't come. And 12Go did nothing. I waited for 2 hours. So i had to pay my own Taxi. The booked boat was gone an i had to buy a new ticket for the next boat.for a much higher price. Complaind on you " service " webside. Still no reaction. Instead you want to know how my trip was. A very bad joke.💢.

The driver arrived at 7:15 instead of 7:00 after saying he would arrive at 7:30, but he was nice and super fast. Ver comfortable minivan. We made it just on time for the 9:00 speedboat from Bali to the Gilis. I would recommend to leave a lot of time before and after, just in case —no work or other transfers within at least 2 hours… But in our case it was pretty reliable.

Everything was on time, and the guys were really helpful. But the transfer vehicles were uncomfortable. We got a really tiny car for 5 people, with no space for luggage. The bus for 10 people was even smaller than the car. The door didn’t work and stayed open during the whole transfer — it was really unsafe.

I had a great experience sailing from Pandang Bai to Gili Air. Nice, comfortable and clean ferry. Felt safe. I missed a little more information about which ferry was bording when. That being said there was no problems.
