It would be helpful to provide the necessary steps for boarding. It was not clear that the voucher needed to be turned into tickets, and also that there was another step required. The estimated times were so wrong. Advertised as 4.5 hours it in fact took 8.5 hours. It was also not an express as described, stopping at multiple points. The coach itself was incredibly warm. It was known it was not a/c but there was no ventilation at all.
