They changed the flight time and only emailed about it at midnight which is 6 hours notice despite knowing it before. Then said that it’s our fault for not rushing to the airport as soon as the email came in at midnight. Refused to refund or rebook the flight.

No communication concerning, especually concerning pick up, we were supposed to carry bags for 300 m from office to harbor, old boat, no wi-fi… generaly competition has better product for same price

Everything was alright except for the timing, it was at least 45 mins late to depart and it went to Gili Trawagan, Gili Air before it gets to Bangsal Port, by the time it arrives in Bangsal Port, it was way 1.5 hours later than scheduled. I had to abort part of my scheduled tour

Nice boat but 1:20 late for a 2 hours trip. We had to change of boat in the sea + the team didn't communicate well

If traveling from Padang bai to Bangsal, the boat stops at Gili trawangan and Gili air first so it delays the arrival time by about 40 minutes. Factor that in.

The driver was more that half an hour late, so we needed to wait for the next ferry that only went to Gili T. There we needed to wait for 45 minutes for a speedboat. It was all very chaotic and stressful.

We had a stop at Gilli T and Gilli air, that was not mentioned. The trip was because of this one hour longer than were it was sold for.

Very poorly organized in the terminal in Bali, late departure. Ferry okay, but poor outlook due to windows very high up from the seats.
