Lesley RWe read much negative comments about the train journey so booked soft seats and split our journey but our only regret is not booking the sleeper 4 birth cabin and taking the bottom bunks. There were not many people booked in them.
The toilets were also absolutely fine despite the bad comments we had read.
The train was busy but not packed and with regular food carts and a carriage with food as an optional the journey was absolutely fine and so much cheaper than flying!I would recording this journey but careful as you get off the train if the taxi drivers!!! Look at grab and book if needed.

James HTrain was lovely and spacious. Seats reclined and wasn’t too delayed getting into Nha Trang. It is a rather slow train, never exceeding 80km per hour, but we got to see parts of Vietnam we would never see had we travelled by air

Bartosz RReally good service, train was on time, all hassle-free. The train looks a bit more outdated than on pictures but all good comfy soft seats, we had soft seats for 7 hours which was doable, toilets were pretty clean for train and cool scenery.
