The seat for train K11 actually hard seat, not second class seat as advertised. To those who are not familiar, hard seat means the seat cannot be reclined, you will be sitting on 90 degrees seat for around six hours. The compartment is also a bit cramped, you have to be patient with another 5 passengers sitting besides and in front of you.
