12Go Transport
The 12Go Transport hub is located at the Makkasan Airport Rail Link Station in the heart of Bangkok and can be reached conveniently by Airport Rail Link, MRT subway and taxi. We do have daily departures with VIP vans in the morning to Ayutthaya, Kanchanaburi and Pattaya. Besides our schedule, we can also arrange VIP Vans with driver for your day-trips.
In cooperation with one of the leading bus operators in Cambodia we also provide one daily departure to and from Siem Reap in Cambodia.

COVID-19 Update: our transports are safe! The drivers have been tested and undergo daily temperature checks. Masks and disinfection gel are provided for all passengers and the car is cleaned and sprayed after every single trip.

The bus to Siem Reap is operated by Giant ibis and departs at 08:45 in the morning. Passengers are advised to book their tickets online in advance and arrive half an hour before departure at the station.
Cambodia VISA information
Giant Ibis charges a 5 USD fee for batch visa processing at the border. If you do not have a visa you need to pay 35 + 5 = 40 USD for a tourist visa or 40 + 5 = 45 USD for a business visa. If you already have a valid visa in your passport there is no visa fee. The facilitated batch processing guarantees a smooth border crossing. Taking Giant Ibis on a cross-border trip you do not have the option to go yourself through immigration, as it would disrupt the VIP process.

VIP Van Charters

How to get to the station?
- 12Go Transport's main van station is at Makkasan Airport Rail Link Terminal in Bangkok. Take the elevator in the express train building to the ground floor. Our staff will be there 15 minutes before departure and assist you. Please don't be late, the vans can not wait.
- If you come from the subway (Phetchaburi MRT station), take the skywalk, enter the terminal and continue to almost the end of the building and then turn right. Take the escalator or the elevator in the express train building to the ground floor. Our staff will be there and assist you.
- If you arrive by taxi you can find the bus stop at the parking area on the side where Khampheng Phet Road is. Attention: there is more than one place in Bangkok named Makkasan. Please tell your driver to bring you to the Makkasan Airport Rail Link Terminal as it mentioned in Thai language at the address field above the map in PDF-voucher. Traffic can be busy in the morning hours on weekdays. If you check on Google Maps how long it will take you, do it in the morning hours and not in the late evening.
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. Please don't be late, the van can not wait.
- If you come from Airport Rail link (Makkasan Airport Rail Link station), exit the gate, walk to the express train building and proceed inside the building to the ground floor.
- The van will standby at the meeting point 5 - 10 minutes before your departure time.
- You do not have to print the PDF voucher, a screenshot of it is enough to check in.
- We strongly recommend to book online in advance. If you just show up before departure the vans might be fully booked already.
- Please consider buying an extra seat if you are traveling with really big luggage. The van has only a small luggage compartment. Big luggage needs to travel on an extra seat and that could be a problem when the van is fully booked. We had rare cases when passengers could not board with big bags. If there is enough space in the car and the extra seat is not needed, we will refund the costs to you.
