Nok Air Confirms Domestic Flights Operate As Usual

Nok Air confirms the airline continues operating their domestic flights as usual though the flight schedule can be changed according to the situation. 

Following multiple flight cacellations by various airlines across the country, Nok Air has posted an announcement confirming they are going on with normal operation of domestic flights in Thailand.

Passengers can check their flight status online on their Manage Booking page on the airline's official website or by contacting Nok Air call center at 1318.

Earlier, the airline has suspended their international flights to the following destinations:

China, Nanning (NNG) – till 30 April 2020
China, Chengdu (CTU) – till 30 April 2020
Japan, Hiroshima  (HIJ) – till 30 April 2020
Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City (SGN) – till 31 May 2020 
Myanmar, Yangon (RGN) – till 30 April 2020 

All affected passengers should contact the airline and will be offered the following options:
– Rebooking
– Open booking
– Rerouting
– Open booking and rerouting
– Full refund.

For passengers who are holding tickets to various domestic destinations during the Songkran period (13th – 15th April 2020) issued on or before 18th March 2020, rebooking and open booking options are offered. Such passengers are recommended to contact the airline as well.

Please remember that you should avoid any non-essential travel at the moment.
