Thai Airways has added more destinations to the list of flights which can be changed on request of the customer without any fees normally associated with ticket changes.

Currently the airline allows passengers holding tickets for roundtrip travel to China, Hong Kong SAR, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan and Vietnam to make changes according to the following rules.

Roundtrip flights from Bangkok to Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Vietnam, and Malaysia can be changed if booked before February, 18 and scheduled for travel up to April, 30 either on Thai Airlways or Thai Smile codeshare flights.

Roundtrip flights from Bangkok to China and Hong Kong can be changed if booked before January, 28 and scheduled for travel up to April, 30.

Roundtrip flights from Bangkok to Italy (Rome and Milan) can be changed if booked before February, 25 and scheduled for travel up to April, 30 .

All tickets should be changed before the flight date specified on the ticket and within the ticket validity date. The departure date can be extended at any Thai Airways sales office until 15 December 2020. In this case the ticket change fee will be waived, though other terms and conditions may apply.
