These destinations are not just nice places to visit – they are appealing from the point of view of their architecture, or design, or may feature exciting new museums, or may be a stage for some major design-themed event, etc.
To choose such destinations, the opinion of travel advisers, popular tour operators, and other industry experts are taken into consideration. The list usually includes different destinations – from metropolitan cities to smaller towns to remote islands to classic well-travelled destinations.
