Lao Airlines has received a green light from the Japan Civil Aviation Bureau to launch two new routes between Laos and Japan.

Effective from March, 18, the airline will fly from the Lao capital of Vientiane and the UNESCO Heritage Site and a popular city of Luang Prabang to the Japanese city of Kumamoto.
