In Nong Khai, the most mysterious of all the Wan Ok Phansa festivals will take place on October, 13. Naga Fireball festival attracts visitors to the banks of Mekong to watch the mystic fireballs appearing from the depth of the waters after the dark falls.
Sakon Nakhon hosts its annual Wax Castle Festival and procession between October 11–13. It will feature amazing wax castles.
Nakhon Phanom will draw crowds on October, 13 for the famous illuminated boat procession on the Mekong river.
