1. Mori Building Digital Art Museum – Tokyo, Japan
It is the world's first museum totally dedicated to the digital art. Opened in the beginning of 2018, it welcomed its 1,000,000th visitor five months later.

2. National Kaohsiung Centre for the Arts – Kaohsiung, Taiwan
It is the world's largest performing-arts centre under one roof – well, and it is the roof of a former Jananese military base. Opened in October 2018, the centre features five venues including a 20,000-seat outdoor theatre.

3. VAC Library – Hanoi, Vietnam
It is a Farming Architects project in Hanoi that combines a library, an urban farm and a playground to teach kids about ecosystems and agriculture. The collection of books is not that large but the mini-ecosystem of the project is a piece of art.

4. Xiqu Centre – Hong Kong, China
It is a brand-new home for traditional Chinese theatre. While gearing at preservation of the centuries-old form of theater art, the centre also hosts workshops and exhibitions. Xiqu Centre is the first performance venue to open as part of Hong Kong’s sprawling West Kowloon Cultural District.

5. Statue of Unity – Gujarat, India
At 182 m, it is the world's tallest statue. The statue towers over the Sardar Sarovar Dam in the western Indian state of Gujarat. It is possible to climb up to the chest of the statue for an outstanding view of the surrounding mountains.
