Vietnam Airlines Now Flies Between Danang and Busan

Vietnam Airlines has added one more direct route to the South Korean city of Busan to their portfolio. The airline now flies direct between Danang, Vietnam and Busan, South Korea's second largest city.

Vietnam Airlines already serves Busan from the airline's two hubs in Vietnam: Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh (Saigon). Demand for Busan is constantly increasing among the airline's passengers. In 2018, 350 thousand travellers flew between Hanoi, Saigon and Busan with Vietnam Airlines.

Besides Busan, Vietnam Airlines flies to other destinations in South Korea as well including Muan and Seoul's Incheon International Airport.

The service between Danang and Busan is provided twice a week, on Tuesday and Saturday. Flights from Danang International Airport depart at 12.20 am / 12.50 am arriving to Gimhae International Airport in Busan 4 hours later. Returning flights leave Busan at 07.30 am / 8.00 am on Tuesday and Saturday respectively. Busan is 2 hours ahead of Danang.

The route will be operated by Airbus A350 and Boeing 787 aircraft.

Busan is South Korea's second largest city after Seoul in terms of population. It is also Korea's busiest seaport.
