Airbnb Luxe: Luxury Market Covered

Airbnb, an online hospitality service brokerage company, has launched its version for luxury market, Airbnb Luxe.

Over 2,000 properties around the world were handpicked and strictly evaluated across 300+ criteria to ensure they meet standards in both design and function. But the quality of the accommodation is not all you get when booking an Airbnb Luxe home.

For each booking there is a dedicated, highly trained trip designer. They are ready to assist guests at every step of their travel – from the check-in to coordinating activities, arranging childcare, personal training sessions in gym, in-house massage therapists and more. This all-inclusive approach reflects today's trend when travellers are seeking more than just high-end accommodations but rather look for a deeper connection with the places they visit.

Predictably, Airbnb Luxe features chateaux and chalets but not only. The platform also offers some outstanding places to stay in cities including city estates or colonial mansions. Before the end of the year, at least 12 city locations will be added to the available choices.

According to Airbnb, the number of luxury travellers grows permanently. Last year, the rise in bookings worth at least USD1,000 per night was up 60 percent thus making it an obvious trend.
