In Kupang, the flights are operated from El Tari Airport. In Dili, the airline uses the country's only Presidente Nicolau Lobatu International Airport located 6 km west of downtown Dili.
There are two weekly flights, on Monday and on Friday. Both are served by a ATR 72-600 aircraft that can accommodate 78 passengers. It is the first direct flight that connects the two destinations. Before, it was possible to travel from Kupang to Dili only overland. An almost 950 km route required a 10 hour journey.

TransNusa, an Indonesian domestic airline that serves mainly the east of Indonesia, including Nusa Tenggara and southern Sulawesi, launched an international route from Kupang in East Nusa Tenggara to Dili in East Timor last week.
