Direct Saigon–Bali Flights with Vietjet Available from End of May

Vietjet has announced the launch of direct Ho Chi Minh CityBali, Indonesia flights effective from May, 29 this year. Bali-bound flights are among the most busy ones within the SEA region.

The airline has scheduled five flights a week in each direction: on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday. Flying time between HCMC and Denpasar on Bali and vice versa is about four hours.

Flights will leave Saigon at 8.05 am and land on Bali at 1.05 pm. In the opposite direction, the departure is scheduled for 2.05 pm arriving to Saigon at 5.05 pm. The route will be operated by two Airbus aircrafts, A320 and A320neo, each accommodating between 180 and 230 passengers.

Vietjet believes that the new route "will contribute to promoting tourism and economic integration in the region as well as introduce the images of Vietnam to the world."

Vietjet is a low-cost airline from Vietnam with hubs in Tan Son Nhat International airport in HCMC, Noi Bai International airport in Hanoi, Da Nang International airport in Danang and Cat Bi International airport in Hai Phong. It operates 64 aircraft-sized fleet and serves 78 destinations.
