Dusit Central Park's Concept Unveiled

Bangkok will soon have a new landmark at the major Silom-Rama IV intersection. A mixed-use project by Dusit Thani and Central Pattana (CPN), 'Dusit Central Park', is expected to be completed in 2024.

The new impressive project worth a total of 36.7 billion baht will have a direct link the Bangkok BTS (Skytrain) systems and MRT (Mass Rapid Transit underground), at Silom and Sala Daeng stations.

Dusit Central Park is going to be a modern reinvention of the Dusit Thani Bangkok hotel, Dusit's iconic flagship property, which served as a symbol of Thai hospitality for 50 years. The new project will continue the legacy of Dusit Thani Bangkok and feature luxury residences, an office tower, and a high-end shopping complex with a large rooftop park blending seamlessly heritage and innovation and boasting a truly prime location opposite Lumpini Park within an easy reach of all important infrastructure and transportation hubs.

Dusit Central Park construction will proceed in three phases and the Dusit Thani Bangkok hotel is expected to be the first part of the project to be open to the public. The historcial heritage and familiar look of its predecessor will meet with state-of-the-art design at the new 39-storey, 250-key Dusit Thani Bangkok that will also feature a multi-level rooftop bar and lounge.

Office and Shopping centre sections will be opened in 2023 with residences following in 2024.
