The route connects Jakarta with Banjar in West Java and travels via Bandung. It will be served by Pangandaran train. Earlier Galunggung train from Bandung to Tasikmalaya in the southern part of West Java was launched by KAI. From Jakarta’s Gambir Station, the train to Banjar departs daily at 7.50 am arriving to Bandung at 11.07 am and then heading further to Banjar after a 30-minute stop and reaching the destination at 3.56 pm. The return train leaves Banjar at 1.55 pm and arrives to the capital at 10.34 pm.
