Laos starts a high-speed rail construction


Laos Ministry of Public Works and Transportation in Vientiane has determined the date to start high-speed rail building, which will connect Laos’ western border with Thailand to Vietnam.


Laos Ministry of Public Works and Transportation in Vientiane has determined the date to start high-speed rail building, which will connect Laos’ western border with Thailand to Vietnam. The operator of this hopeful project will be Malaysian company.

A special ceremony of starting the construction will be held in Savannakhet city's Kaysone Phomvihane district in August this year already.
